Yesterday after a very messy dinner, I was getting ready to give Miss Olivia a much needed bath.
She loves the bath - watches me fill it up and put her toys in for her.
The bath was all ready and so was she, I took her diaper off and she took off running. Which is pretty normal. She came back to the bathroom and stood near the doorway.
I thought it was weird that she was just standing there. Then I realized it. She was making her poop face. Oh Crap.
I grabbed some toilet paper in hopes of catching it or something I don't really know. I got over to her and saw it. Poop on the floor, and a little girl that was about to take off running again.
I scooped her up, got everything cleaned up, told her 'Thank you for not pooping on the carpet', and promptly sent a text to her dad letting him know what he missed.
We made it over a year without any pooping incidents so I would say we are doing pretty good!
I just have to shake my head at what parents will do for their children! Something I never thought I would be doing.... now that is love!

Love this story! So true that we will do anything for our babies! Last week my 8 month old pooped into my hand (onto a wipe luckily) as I was changing her. It started coming as I was cleaning her up so I grabbed a wipe and caught it...thankfully she is eating solids so it didn't go all over like breastmilk poop! Haha :) Thanks for the laugh!

LOL! Thank goodness it wasn't on the carpet! We have only had one incident where it ended up on the wall and ceiling. That was a daddy diaper change and I'm still not even sure how it happened! Has she gone in the bath tub yet? We've had one of those when he was a few months old and none since, thankfully! Thanks for linking up! Hope to see you next week!
