Uhhh....Working Out.

So ever since having the baby and going back to work I have been hitting the gym after work - 4 days a week.  Yay me!

Today I learned that if you don't drink nearly enough water during the day - Holy Crap do you get the largest side stitch you have ever had.

Lesson learned.  Drink. More. Water.

Right now I am about 5 pounds down from my start weight when I got pregnant.  This is great - but man I don't feel like it at all.  It is true what they say about just not feeling the same body-wise after baby. 

I stumbled upon some workout videos on Pinterest.  It is a website that posts little 12-15 minute workouts.  I think I am going to get up a bit earlier and try to do one workout each morning.  I would still go to the gym after work to get my cardio and weights in - but I just need something more.  A kick start of some sort. 

What do you do when you hit a weight loss plateau? Any favorite workouts? How did you lose the baby weight? Any specific workouts for c-section mamas?

  1. I've gotten pretty good at drinking water because I don't drink anything else but water. . . since there are no other options, I just drink a lot of water! :-) Found you via Casey Wiegand!

    1. I try really hard to drink as much water as I can (I even write it on my work to-do list! My goal is to drink 4 water bottles while at work - 20oz each). Thanks for visiting! I am going to check out some of your crock pot recipes - I love them but don't make them as much as I would like!
